這些年的工作經(jīng)驗，電氣成套也可以說是一門“遺憾的工作”，距今我也沒做過十全十美滿意的電氣柜，每一次完工總有不少留待下次改進(jìn)的地方，這也許就是我們不斷進(jìn)步的動力。但不管我們現(xiàn)在成套水平究竟如何，有一個原則我還是愿意與大家共享，那就是“實現(xiàn)功能位，可靠耐用第二位，利于維護(hù)第三位，便于加工第四位，美觀整潔第五位”，前三點重要，而后兩點有時還需要做些妥協(xié)折衷，畢竟所有的一切還會受制于成本的因素?；谶@個原則做的點評，在這里按我的習(xí)慣我只說我覺得做得明顯不足的地方，我不說的也不一定就是沒有問題了，可能遺漏了，也可能不是那么的重要，當(dāng)然是沒問題。01

　　Over the years of work experience, electrical equipment can also be considered a "regrettable job". I have never made a perfect and satisfactory electrical cabinet before, and every time it is completed, there are always many areas for improvement in the next time. This may be the driving force behind our continuous progress. But regardless of our current level of completeness, there is one principle that I am willing to share with everyone, which is "functionality first, reliability and durability second, ease of maintenance third, ease of processing fourth, and aesthetics and cleanliness fifth". The first three points are the most important, and sometimes compromises need to be made on the last two points, as everything is still subject to cost factors. Based on this principle, in my usual way, I will only mention the areas where I feel there are obvious shortcomings. What I do not say may not necessarily mean that there are no problems. It may have been overlooked, or it may not be so important. Of course, it is best if there are no problems. 01

　　圖一上圖柜體成套存在的問題:1、總進(jìn)線設(shè)計不合理，不美觀，不，留給進(jìn)線開關(guān)的上下空間位置太局促，空開進(jìn)出線相與相之間均沒有安裝隔片，電纜與端子之間存在較大的應(yīng)力，建議使用銅排結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)線，空開加裝門手柄操作。2、布局不甚合理，強電把弱電包圍在其中了，接地措施不佳，產(chǎn)生干擾是比較難解決的。02

　　圖二上圖電氣柜成套存在的問題：1、同圖一的問題，布線雜亂了些。2、感覺整體線徑偏小，尤其是接地線線徑。3、主進(jìn)線空開沒有設(shè)置輔助觸點輸入到CU，也沒有由CU控制主接觸器來控制驅(qū)動的主電源。4.電機線及編碼器線的屏蔽層未作重復(fù)接地處理。

　　3、要形成一套適合自己的成套加工工藝和規(guī)范，養(yǎng)成成套加工按圖施工的良好習(xí)慣，分清權(quán)限與責(zé)任，圖紙錯了設(shè)計工程師負(fù)責(zé)，沒按圖制作成套加工方負(fù)責(zé)。

　　3. To form a set of suitable processing techniques and standards for oneself, cultivate good habits of constructing complete sets of processing according to drawings, distinguish between authority and responsibility, design engineers are responsible for mistakes in drawings, and the party responsible for producing complete sets of processing according to drawings is responsible.

　　4、嚴(yán)格出廠驗收制度，嚴(yán)格按圖驗收，與圖不符即返工。

　　6、即使在加工成套的過程中，設(shè)計工程師有條件也應(yīng)多下車間，關(guān)心自己設(shè)計的正在被加工成套的電氣柜，與現(xiàn)場的成套加工方多溝通：掌握生產(chǎn)加工的進(jìn)度；及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)中遇到的問題或一些細(xì)節(jié)處理方面的問題(尤其是線槽蓋板還沒有蓋上的時候)；有條件多拍攝一些電氣柜在不同加工成套階段的照片，留下圖片資料，供后續(xù)設(shè)計上的對比分析參考改進(jìn)之用。

　　6.
